First it was BlackBerry, then iPhone got announced that theirs was coming, and now Android gets an official Twitter app (official by Twitter and official cause their other Twitter apps kinda sucked). It has a simple look to it BUT it is very effective to get the job done except for the fact of the lack of handling multiple accounts other than logging out of one and into another. It has a homescreen widgets/notification window support, usual retweet/send location/tweet pics, and tweets can be viewed on a map or contacts screen. The only downer really with this is that Twitter for Android is only supported for Android 2.1. For those of you with current devices, hit the Android market to download it.
