The good folks at phonescoop.com did a 4G speed test in 6 different locations in Philadelphia, PA.  The two competitors in this battle are Sprint and T-Mobile.  As Sprint just released its first 4G phone and T-Mobile recently upgrading their network to 4G speeds with HSPA+, they wanted to see which carrier was faster.  Keep in mind both carriers are still building/growing their 4G networks so this is still a preliminary test of sorts.
