Looks like O2 is taking a cue from AT&T by deep sixing their unlimited data plans for Apple’s newest iPhone. Upon the i4’s arrival, O2 customers will only have 1GB of data per month at their disposal. Once you exceed 1GB (you will be notified via text), you will be able to purchase 500MB for £5 and an extra GB for £10. Looks like different carriers are adopting AT&T’s data cap for data mongers crushing their network. You’ll be able to tell your kids, “back in my day data was unlimited instead of this GB per month crap you young whippersnappers deal with now.”  Hit the link for more info on the matter.
