FCC recently approved a case by ZTE that provides its own battery, 3G via EV-DO CDMA, along with 3G Mobile Hotspot abilities for up to five devices. This looks to be made for an iPod Touch or similar Wi-Fi only device. The Peel looks to run EV-DO Rev. 0 networking (which is a slower 3G service compared to Rev. A) as it will act as a carriage slip on for a device. This looks to be quite a treat making its way for Sprint users.
