Engadget caught wind of a new mid-level Android, built by Motorola and coming to AT&T. Codenamed the Motorola Kobe, won’t be a game-changing Android device but it will add options to AT&T’s mid-level devices like the Aria and the Backflip. The Moto Kobe will be armed with a 800MHz TI OMAP processor, running Android 2.1 w/ newer Motoblur UI (like Droid X, Droid 2), 3.5inch LCD screen w/ 480 x 854 screen resolution, 512MB of RAM, 2GB of internal memory, 3MP camera with no flash, and Swype/Vlingo/DNLA software included.
