Previous reports of a 9700 refresh have been proven to be correct. The BlackBerry Bold R020 (9780, Anyone?) is what’s on the leaked slide in regards to what RIM is calling it. The R020 is a simple 9700 refresh with 512MB of RAM, 5MP camera, black bezel instead of the chrome, and, of course, launching with BlackBerry 6. Since BB6 is on its the 9700 this refresh is to attract new customers while us current ones are subject to wait for carrier approval of BB6. Anyone interested?
