Google announced today for all of its Android users, Google Maps Walking Navigation Beta and Street View. Now Google offers turn-by-turn navigation for walking to your destination coupled with Street View so you can’t ever get lost by walking. So we shouldn’t expect to see anymore dumb lawsuits by people using Google Maps walking onto the highway. Just go to the Android Market to update your latest version of Google Maps to get started.
