Remember that Android-powered, HTC world phone for Verizon that got FCC clearance earlier this month? The internet has it pegged as the HTC Lexikon a device we mentioned in early August. If so, the Lexikon is set to come equipped with a 800MHz processor, running Android 2.2 w/Sense UI 1.6, 3.8inch touchscreen w/sliding QWERTY keyboard, 4GB of internal storage, 512MB of RAM, and a 5MP camera. Keep this pegged as a rumor until proven otherwise.
