Sprint has slashed prices on their webOS devices, the Palm Pre and the Palm Pixi. As of right now, you can now pick up the Pre for $49.99 after mail-in rebate and the Pixi for free after mail-in rebate. With screenshots of webOS 2.0 popping up, maybe they can attract more users or maybe they cleaning house to make way for a decent looking webOS device. Personally, I love the OS, hate the hardware (both Pre & Pixi). It seemed like Sprint could have definitely did this a lot sooner but alas I digress.
