Already spotted on the net, T-Mobile’s first Windows Phone 7 device has been spotted cheaper than the $199.99 T-Mo will charge you for it. The HTC HD7 can be pre-ordered at Amazon for $169 and at Wirefly for $149. The only requirement that needs to be met is that you have to sign up for a new two-year contract with them.
