Verizon is the first out of the four major US carriers to announce pricing and availability for the Samsung Galaxy Tab.   There will be no carrier subsidized pricing as Verizon will sell the Galaxy Tab at its full retail pricing.   The data plan offered will be similar to their iPad/MiFi combo at 1GB of data per month for $20 with no contract required and can be added on after purchase.     There you have it about the Galaxy Tab finally.  I wonder will the other carriers who will offer the Galaxy Tab follow suit in regards to the pricing.   The full retail is steep but it makes up for it with the low monthly data without any strings attached.   What do you guys think about the pricing?  Sound off in the comments and keep reading for the official release below after the break.
