Verizon plans to offer Droid 2 users a maintenance update to offer a variety of improvements and enhancements to the handset. It already ships with Android 2.2 so you can’t expect anything higher when Google haven’t announced their next version of Android officially anyways. Who wouldn’t want things like longer battery life and the ability to export all of your contacts to a MicroSD card. The full list of improvements are listed below after the break.

+ New ability to add pictures from your Gallery to a contact.
