Today Xbox officially joins PlayStation and the Wii in the world of motion-based gaming as the Kinect is now available for purchase.   Unlike Microsoft’s competitors, no new gaming controller is needed to play.   Just the Kinect accessory that has a color VGA motion and depth cameras and an array of four microphones that listens and reads your every command.   Like the marketing slogan for it says,”You are the controller”.   The Kinect accessory itself is $149.99 and the games are the same as normal Xbox games, $49.99.  If you now becoming interested in it, pre-orders kicked off months ago and you may have a hard time finding one.   Good luck you may or may not need it.   Engadget did a full review on it and we wanted to share their hands-on video with you guys.   The video is below after the break, let us know what you guys think about it.
