RIM kinda let the cat out of the bag during third quarter earnings call yesterday in regards to the availability of their first dual-core, QNX-powered tablet. The PlayBook is set to be released during the company’s first fiscal year, which doesn’t start until March. Although it was set in code, there you have it as RIM gives us the estimated release of the PlayBook. We know the world will be watching as analysts thought that BlackBerry was near extinction prior to wowing everyone with the demos of the PlayBook.
