The last time we spoke on this device, we didn’t have an actual image to go with the specs or the codename.   We now have a photo to go with the info on it.   As you can see above it will be Sprint’s version of the G2 with the embodied spirit of the EVO 4G.   This photo shows the EVO Shift with a case on it.    The 3.7inch touchscreen device with 4G WiMAX support, sporting a 800MHz processor like the G2, 512MB of RAM, running Android 2.2, sporting a full QWERTY keyboard and directional pad, and missing is a front-facing camera.    So if the EVO is too big for you, wait for the EVO Shift as it should satisfy those who require a keyboard with their touchscreen.
