Engadget got a hold of some of Palm’s internal shots of two of their up-and-coming tablets: the Topaz and the Opal. The Topaz is a 9inch tablet and the Opal is a 7inch tablet; both running webOS, packing a 1.2GHz processor, front-facing camera, micro-USB port, and a three-speaker arrangement for stereo audio. The images show a non-button design approach along with gesture areas as well. The Opal is slated to arrive in a Wi-Fi only, AT&T 3G, and Verizon 4G LTE models this September and in July 2012 expect an AT&T LTE model. Exciting news for webOS fans that hated the Pre and Pixi hardware. What do you guys think about it?
