The next big Android device from Motorola destined for AT&T, may launch in early March. AndroidCentral has gotten a hold of an internal AT&T document showing March 1st as the actual launch date. We should should see more on the Atrix real soon if that date is accurate. The Motorola Atrix 4G is will definitely become Moto’s next big game-changing Android device. The Atrix is powered by a 1GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, running Android 2.2 w/ Motoblur, and can power a laptop-like accessory using the Firefox browser.
