Motorola looks to be following Samsung’s footsteps by offering consumers a Wi-Fi only version of their new tablet.   According to Motorola’s Latin America GM, a Wi-Fi version of the Motorola Xoom does exist.    The Wi-Fi only, Android 3.0 tablet is scheduled for an April release as the 3G/carrier version will arrive sometime in May.  Good news for all of you non-Verizon subscribers looking to pick up the Xoom without adding a new Verizon data plan to your list of monthly bills.
