T-Mobile held a “See BlackBerry Different” event last night for its employees and unveiled what RIM will have in store for T-Mo customers. I guess we’ll start off with the bad news first, T-Mo will offer a Wi-Fi only PlayBook with no HSPA+ version in the works at the current time. That truly sucks. No word on when that will become available. Next off, we have the Storm 3 arriving in the late Spring which is a surprise being that the Storm is usually a Verizon exclusive. We also have the Dakota and the next-generation Curve also heading to the number four carrier with no set arrival date as of yet. Definitely good news as RIM begins to makes adjustments to stay afloat until they can bring the QNX OS to their smartphones.
