According to TmoNews, T-Mobile will begin sending out letters to their remaining Sidekick subscribers. Since T-Mo will be shutting down the Sidekick services at the end of May, they will offer users 50% off of select Samsung phones between now and May 31st or the option of waived Early Termination Fee to go to another carrier for service. That is good customer service by T-Mo for those this using Sidekicks. Check out the official letter below after the break.
