Anyone who may have recently purchased a Mac and thinking they may wanna trade-up for that new MacBook Pro that announced last week and live near (or can get) to the NYC area, Tekserve is here for you. Located on 119 West 23rd Street in Manhattan Tekserve is a Mac specialist that sells & repairs Macs. They have a Mac trade-in program that allows you to turn in your older Mac for a newer one. However they are not accepting Macs with the G4 or G5 processor (PowerBook, iBook, PowerMac & iMac). They have a trade-in form that you can submit for an estimate of what you can get. The estimate takes 1-2 business days to process via email. An exact estimate can be made once the Tekserve staff has tested your Mac.
