AT&T is apparently making changes to their early upgrade fees for their smartphones. Off-contract early upgrade pricing is now increased by $50 for all smartphones (iOS, WP7, & Android devices) and pricing jumps to $150 for those who add a one-year contract. BGR received email confirmation from an AT&T rep on the matter as AT&T hopes to capitalize on subscribers not yet due for an upgrade or on a month-to-month contract. Either way AT&T will get their $$$ from you.
