Today marks the first day of Google’s IO conference and of their many announcements, first being the first update to their new tablet OS, Honeycomb.   The update to 3.1 will offer users new treats like resizable home screen widgets, enhanced keyboards/trackpads/gaming controllers, support to plug in gaming joysticks into your tablet, and improved multitasking.   Google also plans to share the Honeycomb OS to Google TV by the way of OTA so users can now enjoy the Android Market on their TVs.   Nice, right?  Expect more announcements to follow.
