Looks like another retro game is available for the BlackBerry PlayBook. First DOOM and now you can enjoy the classic Duck Hunt. This one isn’t on the App World and requires a little work to obtain it but for those retro gamers will be worth it. The step-by-step instructions are below courtesy of the CrackBerry Forums.
- Download this link to your PlayBook by long-pressing and select Save Link As.
- Launch your PlayBook browser & type: “file:///accounts/1000/shared/downloads“.
- Look for “duckhunt.swf” file and click on it to launch the game.
- On the browser toolbar, click the star with + and click Add To Home Screen.
- Type Duck Hunt and save.
Now you can launch the game from your PlayBook home screen. This works for other Flash games as well so happy hunting.
