For AT&T ATRIX owners, the carrier has really been short-changing them on the awesome device by blocking it from having faster speeds. ATRIX users should receive the software update v4.1.83 if they haven’t already. But impatient folks can go to About Phone > System Updates > select Download and after it is finished downloading just hit Install. Afterwards ATRIX users can now enjoy true HSPA+ speeds after a few months of carrier throttling. Enjoy!
