Thee good folk at CrackBerry and TiPb decided to put Apple’s latest iMessage feature (part of their new iOS 5) against the classic (but possibly fading) BlackBerry Messenger. They were able to record the two instant messaging services going head-to-head. As iMessage offers IM & SMS/MMS all into one app rather than two separate apps like on a BlackBerry. I like the way iMessage works (although I haven’t played with it myself yet) as I am on the fence on picking up an iPhone for my next device. Apple’s new iOS 5 maybe the push to see the Apple side of things. Check out the video after the break.
