Yesterday during RIM’s annual shareholders meeting, they still had good statistics to show for all while getting crucified by the media.   But the good news for the consumers is that the Bold 9900 is back on track for a summer release.   The touchscreen Bold was previously delayed but not anymore as it will be the first of seven (that’s right, seven) BlackBerry devices to launch this year.   We know the Torch 2, new Curve, and the BlackBerry Touch are all on the way but gotta wait for the other devices to leak.   The 4G PlayBook is still scheduled for a Fall release date.   And last but not least, the first QNX phones is slated to launch early next year.   Wish those QNX devices were ready sooner but I have a feeling it will be worth the wait.
