According to 9to5Mac, Apple maybe adding a surprisingly new feature to the iPod Touch in this September.   The new iPod Touch is slated to have new 3G data capabilities (no voice) courtesy of a SIM card.   The data-only concept will be similar to how Apple offers 3G data on the iPad.  With the iPod Touch able to access 3G data anywhere along with a GPS and 3MP camera, this is maybe what analysts originally thought would be the iPhone Lite.   Apple usually announces the new line of iPod Touch devices in September so with this along with the launch of the new iPhone 5, will make September a very interesting and profitable month for Apple.
