The latest Droid will offer its users a 4inch qHD display w/ slide out five-row QWERTY keyboard, powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor, running Android 2.3 w/ Blur UI, front-facing shooter & rear-facing 8MP shooter w/ auto-focus + flash, capable of 1080p HD video capture, 3G mobile hotspot for up to five devices, DLNA support, HDMI port, Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1, global roaming radio and a 1540 mAh battery inside. The DROID3 is now available online for $199.99 w/ two-year contract but will go on sale in VZW stores starting July 14th like the rumor previously suggested. · DROID 3 by Motorola is now available online at www.verizonwireless.com, and will be available in Verizon Wireless Communications Stores by July 14 for $199.99 with a new two-year customer agreement.
· Customers that purchase a DROID 3 will need to subscribe to a Verizon Wireless Nationwide Talk plan and a smartphone data package. New Verizon Wireless customers will have the option of smartphone plans starting at $30 for 2GB of data. Current Verizon Wireless smartphone customers who are upgrading their smartphone can keep their current data plan.
