Announced yesterday, Google Wallet goes from an idea to a working app.  Anyone with a Nexus S 4G for Sprint can now take advantage of their NFC chip along with Google’s new service.   Samsung begun rolling out an update (Android 2.3.7) that allows the device access to its NFC chip to download the Google Wallet app.  For those of you unaware, Google Wallet is Google’s way to turn your phone into your wallet using contactless payments via NFC thanks to MasterCard and CitiBank for providing terminals for it as well as it working on PayPass terminals.   But Google Wallet will not only work for payments but as well as retail loyalty cards and location-based deals for the user.  Of course it being an Android device, you can find locations where Google Wallet will be accepted.   Also American Express, Discover, and Visa will be added in the near future to access their cards using the app as well as the app coming to the rest of the Nexus S devices.   Anyone with a Nexus S 4G brave enough to try it?  Let us know how was your experience.
