If you are a BlackBerry owner in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, India, Canada. South America, or the US; you may have noticed that haven’t been receiving any emails or they were seriously delayed over the past three days. RIM is quite aware of this as they have been working to resolve the biggest BlackBerry outage in RIM’s history. RIM’s Co-CEO Mike Lazaridis issued a public apology via YouTube and stated that Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa are close to normal BlackBerry levels while they are continuing to work on the other affected regions.
