After Samsung & Google announced that they would delay their announcement of Ice Cream Sandwich update for Android, no one knew when they would actually reschedule. Well, we know have hope in an actual date. On October 19th, the two companies will proceed with their Android OS update in Hong Kong during AllThingsD AsiaD conference. This will hopefully usher in the announcement along with the new OS. The announcement kicks-off on 10AM in Hong Kong which is 10PM Eastern Time on October 18th.
