While those overseas have began to enjoy the flavor of Ice Cream Sandwich with the HSPA+-enabled Galaxy Nexus by Samsung, here in the U.S. we still await for Verizon to announce an official release date.   Recently Business Insider confirmed that Samsung & Verizon will launch the new Nexus sometime in early December.   When it was originally announced there was a November release date was attached to the LTE version and as Thanksgiving is tomorrow and the month comes to a close, the device is still MIA.  In the meantime, you can purchase the HSPA+ overseas model for around $700-$800 while Samsung and Verizon finish ironing out the launch details.
