Owners of the previous Nexus model didn’t have to wait long to play catch up with the current Galaxy Nexus on the software side of things. Beginning on Friday, Google started rolling out Android 4.0 update to the GSM models of the Nexus S. For those who have not received it yet, the update will arrive via OTA (over-the-air) as Google announced online. There was no word as of yet in regards to when Sprint’s CDMA Nexus S will receive the new update but we imagine it won’t be too far behind.
