I know, I know. Not the Apple event we all planned on hearing about but it will impact iOS users in some shape, form, or fashion. AllThingsD originally reported on the event, stating that it will not cover the usual high-end or anticipated products like iTV or new iPads but will focus on media instead as it will take place in NYC rather the company’s headquarters in Cupertino. TechCrunch went on to further report that the event will focus on iBooks and publishing as the Senior VP of Products & Services, Eddy Cue is said to be involved. If anyone read Steve Jobs’ biography, he always wanted to reinvent textbooks and this maybe what will transpire.
