According to Japanese blog Macotakara, everything seems to be on-par for Apple to release the third sequel to the most popular tablet, the iPad. The blog is reporting that Cupertino-based company would announce the next iPad then shortly followed by the official launch – all within the same month of March. The iPad 3 is slated to be equipped with a HD (Retina Display or better) screen, double the battery life as the previous iPad, LTE support, and powered by a quad-core A6 processor. According to rumors, don’t expect this iPad to be smaller, thinner, or lighter either as it may weigh slightly more.
Also, the blog suggested Apple would hold a press event sometime this month that wouldn’t be hardware related at all. Not sure what this one could be about if this actually comes into fruition. But you guys are more concerned with the iPad 3 stuff anyways so enjoy.
