The guys over at 9to5Mac were tipped off about what new goodies to expect from Apple at June’s WWDC.  Apple plans on turning it up for their competitors with the new wave of Macs on the way.  This coincides with the rumors we heard about for Apple’s 2012 lineup.
Both the MacBook Air and MacBook Pro series would get some new tricks up their sleeve.   The new 15-inch Pros would offer a new, thinner Retina Display (possibly similar to the one inside the new iPad), NVIDIA graphics cards, newer Intel Ivy Bridge processors, USB 3.0, and gone is the optical drive.  The new 11.6inch & 13.3inch Airs would also support the new Retina Display along with the faster Intel & NVIDIA graphics processors as well.   No word as of yet if it will add the new USB 3.0 or not.
Lastly,  there were some rumblings that the new iMacs would also get a new Retina Displays as well.   No word on whether or not if the all-in-one desktop would receive any other upgrades with its other Mac brethren.  When Apple usually does a big refresh, the price point remains the same and offers the consumer more bang for their buck.
