Today is the day where consumers get can their hands on the Samsung Galaxy S III for T-Mobile. The latest Samsung flagship device offers a 4.8inch Super AMOLED HD display, powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core S4 processor, 2GB of RAM, 8MP camera w/ LED flash, 2100mAh battery, virtual assistant S Voice, and a slew of additional software features. T-Mobile placed a $279.99 price tag for the 16GB model and the $329.99 for the 32GB model on contract after rebates. Which is kind of pricey but T-Mo never priced devices available on multiple carriers well. Especially when others are offering it for $199.99 on contract.
For some additional insight on the other carriers involved. What was supposed to a huge launch, it turned out to be just one on a single carrier with the Galaxy S III. Due to an unforeseen high demand, Samsung had to delay the launch on AT&T and Sprint which were both supposed to be available today as well.
Our actual review unit is a T-Mobile unit so be on the lookout for our review which should be up before the weekend. In the meantime, check out our hands-on with the GS III to hold you over in case you are waiting.
