Also part of September’s busy month for tech news, Motorola unveiled their new Droid family members with the RAZR HD, RAZR HD Maxx, & the Droid RAZR M. Essentially really only tow new models as the Maxx is just the RAZR HD but with a bigger battery. The three two different device specs are broken down below.
Droid RAZR HD
- 4.7inch Super AMOLED HD display
- 1GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, NFC
- 8MP camera capable of 1080p HD video
- 2500 mAh battery (16 hour talk time)
Droid RAZR Maxx HD
The same as the RAZR HD but a little bit thicker, 32GB of storage with a bigger 3200 mAh battery on board.
Droid RAZR M
- 4.3inch edge-to-edge Super AMOLED qHD display w/ 960 x 540 resolution
- NFC, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of storage
- 8MP camera that records in 1080p HD
- 2000 mAh battery
- Priced at $99 on contract and in stores next week w/ pre-orders kicking off today
All three devices are powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core S4 processor, will ship running Android 4.0 ICS and will get upgraded to Jelly Bean by the holidays.The RAZR HD/Maxx will be available before the holidays.
