At the party was JBL’s NFC speakers to compliment your Lumia as well as charging docks.
Both the speakers and docks are using the latest NFC technology to help unclutter our lives and devices. The Lumias , respectively both run the latest Windows 8 software and keeps all of the key components of Nokia and their software. Nokia Maps, and Drive have slight updates where the new Nokia Music App is evident and secure on these devices.
Also keep in mind key difference with each device, the 820 has a smaller size and interchangeable backings. The Lumia 920 doesn’t offer interchangeable backs but does have a built in wireless charging plate. If you needed one for your Lumia 820 you would have to buy it separately within one of the many interchangeable backs.
