After removing the terrible YouTube app from the iOS 6, Google said they were hard at work on a YouTube app iOS users can grab from the App Store. Earlier this morning, it has arrived as it borrows cues from its Android app. The new YouTube app for the iPhone & iPod Touch offers a menu for subscribed channel guide, suggestive search, more sharing options, closed captioned feature, the option view related/more info/comments while watching videos, and support for more VEVO/official music videos as well. Google is still working on an optimized version for the iPad that will be available in ‘coming months’. This comes just in time for the new iPhone which is to be unveiled tomorrow. Definitely loving the app thus far as all iOS users should grab this ASAP.
