Multiple Platforms (PS3 & Xbox 360)

Assassin’s Creed III
This marks the fifth installment of the popular one-player title from Ubisoft as this game transports you back to the time of the Revolutionary War. Assassin’s Creed 3 introduces a new hero to the saga with a half-Indian, half-English man named Conner. Out for revenge as you guide to fight alongside George Washington against the British regime.

Call Of Duty: Black Ops II

The sequel to Call Of Duty’s newest spin-off title is here. While many of the COD titles are purchased for their campaigns, the series has become increasingly popular just off of the online multiplayer and Zombie modes. Taking place in the near future of 2025, Black Ops II is a distant sequel of the original as some of the characters are present as you have access to some new weapons to play with. Let the online killing continue.

Hitman: Absolution

Another title seeing its fifth sequel, the Hitman series continues with Absolution. You control Agent 47 as he hesitates to kill a child and left to deal with the consequences from his employers. Some involving assassins dressed up as nuns coming to take you out. Enjoy as you strangle, snipe, & kill your enemies in stealth a la Metal Gear. Almost as good as a release as going to the gym.

NBA 2K13

You can’t have the holidays without a little, friendly sports competition, right?   The latest installment of the 2K Sports basketball title brings a new spin as Jay-Z (yup, Hov) is the executive producer behind this one.  This guarantees you a great musical soundtrack selection but also he is also responsible of making sure the game had the 1992 Dream Team on the roster to compete with their 2012 counterparts to battle for NBA supremacy.  This will lead to some interesting results and some continued or renewed bragging rights.
Xbox 360

Halo 4

Thought to be dead in part 3, Master Chief is back to kick more alien ass.  The Covenant is present but not as the main baddies, that role goes to a Forerunner named Didact.  You play to stop evil from destroying worlds, etc. but is more fun this time around with more diverse array of weapons at your disposal.  New challenges & modes to enjoy on the online multiplayer as well.   Halo is back, did you miss it?

Dance Central 3
Back for the third to show off your dance moves, Dance Central 3 for the Kinect is back fro more fun.  Newly added to the series is to have team dance battles (two teams of up to four players each) can go head-to-head in a dance-off the bragging rights and supremacy.  You import the songs from both part one & part two using Microsoft points.  And FYI, PSY’s Gangnam Style is a song newly added to the game’s DLC as well.
Wii U

New Super Mario Bros U

The original Mario crew is back at it again!  You can’t have a new Nintendo system without a new Mario game.  This time instead of your standard Bowser kidnapping, the Mario crew is ejected from Princess Peach’s castle and thrown several worlds away.  The new game offers new suits & abilities like a mushroom that allows you to walk on walls, new squirrel suit that allows you to fly, and new abilities for Yoshi as well.  Aslo new multiplayer modes for even more fun.

Zombi U
Easily the must-have game for the new Wii U is the first-person survival game, Zombi U.  Taking place in London, the lone player agains t a slew of zombies using whatever things available as weapons.  Easily the best game in Nintendo’s arsenal that takes the most advantage of the new Game Pad controller.  What better way to practice for the zombie apocalypse than playing some Zombi U?  Good hunting to the undead.
