Today is the day everyone has been waiting for with BlackBerry 10.   No longer called RIM, the company has completely redesigned their entire foundation from the ground up and is now officially BlackBerry.  By unveiling the all-touchscreen Z10 and the physical keyboard equipped Q10.

Verizon is the first of the US carriers announce its availability and pricing.   VZW gets exclusivity on the all-white Z10.   The Z10 has a 4.2inch HD display w/ 1280 x 768 resolution + 356 ppi, powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor (maybe S4), 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage w/ microSD expansion, 8MP rear-facing camera + 2MP front-facing camera, and 1800 mAh battery.  

The Q10 will have a 3.1inch display w/ 720 x 720 resolution + 330ppi and the other specs match that of the Z10.

Expect Verizon’s blazing fast 4G LTE connectivity to BlackBerry’s hardware.   Expect all of the new features like TimeShift camera,  BBM Video/ScreenShare, Balance, and more.  Verizon will launch BlackBerry 10 mid-March (according to the Wall Street Journal) for $199.99 on contract.
