Hopes of beautiful hardware and pure Android might be on the way. According to the folks over at Geek, HTC May actually be bringing us that Google Edition One we hoped for after Samsung’s version was announced last week at I/O. The site was responsible for leaking out the the modified Galaxy S4, days before it was officially announced.
HTC is currently considering a version of the flagship device running stock Android. Not sure how some of its features will work without Sense like BoomSound speakers and ImageSense software for the Ultrapixel camera. Coincidentally, this ties in with word that HTC is working to get Android 4.2.2 on Sense 5 for the One. I would buy this in a heartbeat if they do this right.
