There has been long talk about an official super Galaxy device that is bigger than the Note and Note II but still small enough to fit in your pocket. It was believed to be another overseas device, but low and behold the Galaxy Mega is arriving in the US. Where as the US may not have received the first official mock up but we have definitely received great devices to hold us over until now.
The Galaxy Mega will be sporting a 6.3 inch, 1.7GHz dual-core Processor, and Android 4.2.2 (JellyBean). Don’t be fooled though, the Mega is made for work first. The Mega has the Samsung for Enterprise (SAFE) to further initiate the work and play combination all on one device. Of course you need power to do all of this and Sammy has you covered with a 3200 mAh battery to get you your day’s worth of work handled on the go.
The Galaxy Mega will be available in Nova Black and Polaris White and as of now, carriers on board are AT&T, Sprint and U.S. Cellular. AT&T’s Mega is coming later this week on the 23rd for $149.99 or $24 a month on the new AT&T Next plan. More information will slowly filter down the pipeline at the discretion of the carriers as far as pricing, color options, and more importantly release dates. Take a look at the video and tell us what you think.
