After plenty of leaks, Blackberry’s latest flagship BB10 device has been unveiled to the world. During a BlackBerry event out in Malaysia in the wee hours of the morning, the revealed the Z30. This marks the 4th BB10 device joining the Q5, Q10, & the Z10.
The Z30 specs matches that of the rumors like a 5inch Super AMOLED display w/ 720p HD resolution + 295ppi, powered by a dual-core 1.7GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro processor w/ quad-core graphics, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage expandable via microSD, dual cameras (2MP in front + a f/2.2 8MP in the rear), a 2880 mAh battery w/ a suggested 25-hour battery life, Bluetooth 4.0, new antennas for faster speeds, and stereo speakers using BlackBerry’s new Natural Sound technology.

The Z30 will also ship running OS 10.2 offering a few new features to the mix. The new Hub now learns users habits over time to present the what it deems are the most important messages from email, social networks, and other accounts. BlackBerry 10.2 also offers an improved version of BBM that provides pop-up previews of new messages and details of received messages from the phone’s lock screen.
The Z30 is launching next week in the UK and the Middle East. Other regions will have to wait for until before the holiday season and possibly Sprint.
