If you are a Galaxy Gear owner but don’t own the Note 3 and have a Galaxy smartphone from the last year or so – you are in luck. Samsung announced today that an upcoming Premium Suite update will begin rolling out today that will make their smartwatch compatible w/ devices like the Galaxy S III, S4, & Note II.
The new update offers more than just the addition of compatibility of the Gear. You get bumped up to Android 4.3, adds Easy Mode, Multi Windows abilities, new camera features, SAFE (Samsung for Enterprise), and KNOX additional security. Those of you who own the Galaxy S4 mini or the Mega will get an update to add your devices to mix in a few months.
