Looks as if the tables have turned as Xbox 360 users has to deal with the Red Rings of Death, the PlayStation 4 already has a similar issue. Affecting some consoles, they are getting a Blue indicator light blinking issues along w/ no video + audio output to TV, and console shutting off after blinking Blue. The culprit as why these issues are occurring are unknown at the moment as Sony investigates.
It could be software compatibility issues with your TV, the PS 4 power supply, HD or other sources. PS Support offers a solution to do a hard reset, check your hard drive connection, booting your console in Safe Mode and check the firmware on your TV.
