In case you haven’t noticed, anyone looking to pick up the HP Chromebook 11 will have a hard time finding one as everyone supported retailer stopped selling it. If you were able to pick up one up, you might have noticed that your charger may have stopped working. You aren’t alone.
Today the US Consumer Product Safety Commission announced an official recall of the charger for the Chromebook. Apparently there’s some issues w/ the chargers that will cause them to overheat and no longer charger your laptop. Even in some cases led to melting and injuries. They recommend everyone
To get your free replacement, you’ll have to contact Google at (866) 628-1371 between 5 a.m. and 7 p.m or submit your info to get a replacement one
