Logitech added a new member to their awesome Harmony line of smart remotes w/ this keyboard + touchpad combo. The new Keyboard remote harnesses the power of the Harmony smart hub to cater towards more people streaming content in their living room – whether added Netlfix onto cable or full-out cord cutters. The Bluetooth-enabled remote is compatible to work w/ more than 225,000 streaming devices like the Apple TV, Roku, PS3, and Xbox One to name a few.
Since its using Bluetooth (as well as Infrared + RF) you can hide your Hub away behind your entertainment center cabinet w/ no need to point or aim the remote at it. The keyboard definitely assist when doing searches as you can connect it to a PC or Mac. The remote supports up to 8 devices in your home theater arsenal.
